RECAP is a research organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children and families as well as supporting businesses, charities and organisations in the sector. We are your one-stop shop, for accessible, research-backed information and support on education, child development, and parenting.
While we are based in Essex, due to the virtual nature of a lot of our services, our support can reach widely across the UK.
Our mission is to empower parents, educators, and professionals with the knowledge they need to support children's growth and development. Through our podcast, literature, training, and consultancy services, we provide individuals with the insights and practical tools to protect, support and empower.

Information is delivered using a range of styles including video content, blogs, podcasts, infographics, articles, face-to-face and online training, social media posts and books. RECAP Ltd aims to provide accessible information to those who need it, in a way that is easy to process and understand. By providing information in easy to digest, bitesize chunks, individuals can dip in and out of the content, as and when they need it.
